I am a one woman show and so only ship once a week, usually a Wednesday.
I am unfortunately not able to offer custom work at the moment, but please do check back as I do occasionally open up slots.
ORDERS
Please allow 2-3 weeks for despatch. I understand this is no longer the norm for online shopping, but I am one person, doing all the things. I print to order, and in order for me to be able to create new work I have to limit my admin/order packing days. Thank you for your understanding
UK POSTAGE
Please wait 14 working days after your item has been despatched before enquiring about lost mail in the UK. This is per Royal Mail guidelines.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All International items will now be sent tracked. Please see the guidelines in your country for wait times from the UK as they do vary.
CUSTOM ILLUSTRATIONS & DESIGNS
I’m sorry but I’m not able to offer custom illustrations, tattoo or logo designs at this time.
TATTOO TICKETS
I offer tattoo tickets for people who would like to support me financially when choosing my work for a tattoo design. You can find them on the downloads page. You will receive no digital or posted artwork when choosing this option. I love when people have my work tattooed. I am fine with slight alterations of designs to personalise them to you, but please state that when sharing on socials.
POSTAL ADDRESS
Please double check your address before completing your order. Some addresses do not have a house number, if there isn’t one I can’t check that myself, I will always assume your address is correct. If your order is sent to an old/incorrect address, or is returned from your sorting office uncollected, then I can no longer send re issues. I have lost a lot of money (especially in international postage) sending out duplicate orders. Large companies with huge turnovers and profit margins do not do this, please don’t ask me to. Thank you for your understanding.
I CAN’T FIND SOMETHING IN YOUR SHOP
If you see a design on my social media you’d like as a print please comment on it. I don’t take all of my work to print. I usually post work as I finish it, then update the shop at a later date in batches.
You won’t find everything in my main shop page, look for the main menu (three horizontal line) to take you to downloads, original artworks etc. I do retire designs, so please buy the things you love when you see them.
When the shop is paused you will only be able to access digital downloads. This is usually when I’m catching up on orders or focusing on creating new work.
SOMETIMES I MISS YOUR EMAIL AS THEY ALL GO TO THE SAME INBOX AND GET BURIED UNDER ORDER NOTIFICATIONS. PLEASE BUMP YOUR MESSAGE IF IT’S URGENT.
